Do you offer a dropshipping service?
Monza Trading functions exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale distributor. This means it is unable to sell direct-to-consumer (D2C) on behalf of another business.
How do you handle returns and refunds?
You will have up to 5 days to request a return upon receipt of your order. Monza Trading only accepts returns and refunds on goods that are faulty and/or damaged.
You will need to pay for return shipping unless otherwise agreed. Once the items have been received, the refund will be processed.
What is the turnaround time for dispatch and delivery?
Wholesale orders can take between two and six weeks to be processed and made ready for dispatch.
Delivery will depend on the courier, but Monza Trading typically uses the fastest and most reliable shipping options available at a fixed cost.
Wholesale orders can also be collected on-site, or you can choose your own courier to come and pick the items up.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ will be decided on a case-by-case basis, often varying by brand and product category.

As Monza Trading only sells to verified businesses that resell products that they distribute, clients will not be able to buy in small quantities.
Are the products for sale authentic?
Monza Trading guarantees 100% authenticity for every brand and product it has on offer; every item in stock has been hand selected by experts from some of the top luxury brands around the world. They have over two decades of experience in the field of wholesale fashion and are trusted by some of the largest retailers of designer fashion in the United Kingdom.

How do I place an order?
Monza Trading’s dedicated sales team will take you through the steps to ordering, from choosing the brands, items and quantities to completing payment and everything in between.
Where do you ship to and what couriers do you use for UK-based and International shipments?
Monza Trading ships worldwide, and uses the fastest and most reliable couriers available at the time, depending on the destination country at a fixed cost.
Different couriers choose to exclude certain countries from their delivery locations; Monza Trading will aim to procure the services of a courier that is able to deliver to your country.
When an order comes through, Monza Trading will review the specifics of the order on a case-by-case basis. Monza Trading reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the full order amount if there is an issue with the destination and/or specifics of an order.

You can also opt to use your own courier at your discretion.
What is the payment process?
For wholesale orders, Monza Trading aims to make the process as straightforward as possible for the client. They will send an invoice, and payment is subsequently made via bank transfer. No need for deposits, and no hidden fees to worry about.
Clients can apply for payment plans for larger orders, as long as they qualify and are approved by the involved bank.
